I start coaching course soon but I feel tactically stupid and in general not a good fit to be a coach.

Basically what the title says. Did anyone feel the same before starting their course? I signed up because I love football (soccer) and competition and I would like to do something in the sport, but when I watch games I only manage to see formations and some very basic patterns (like fullbacks overlapping).

I am also very afraid that I won't be able to come up with the drills to train the things that I would like to train.

Does anyone ever use lower/much lower pressing intensity?

Does anyone ever do it? I almost always put it on higher, even if I play low block, because I don't want my players to chase mindlessly after every ball (as on much higher), but on the other hand I am scared that if I drop it to standard, lower or much lower they will just be standing there and barely tackling anyone.

Tips on Holland --> Netherlands run?

I haven't played EU4 for sometime. I was never that good, that's why I'm asking for tips. I want to build *perfect* colonial empire as The Netherlands. What ideas would you take? I've heard that meta for Netherlands is now Infrastructure -> Exploration -> Expansion but maybe someone has some other suggestion. How would you deal with other colonizers? What would you colonize first and what would you save for later?

Also you can give me tips on how to conquer India and Spice Islands as European nation. I've never actually done that because it was always so tedious to me. By the time I get to India there is usually already one big country dominating it. Spice Islands are annoying because there are many little countries that are often tributaries of Ming or whoever dominates China. Also I have problems with managing my troops on colonial runs. When I have very big empire I need to put some troops in each part of it so I can expand in all directions and fight off the rebels, but it means that instead of having one big stack I have smaller ones spread across the globe. Some regions are quite easy to conquer, like West Africa and I don't need that many troops to conquer them, but with India and Indonesia it's annoying that their troops are all in one spot and mine are spread quite thin.

I just messed up one run. I managed to conquer and develop a lot of Lowlands pretty quickly, but by the time I created my first colony, Portugal and Castille already colonized a lot of stuff. I was allied to France but in this run they were quite weak and got gradually eaten by England (allied to Austria) that got very strong and form GB pretty quickly. Also Austria got BI, so I couldn't even grab those few Burgundian provinces that I needed to complete Lowland Conquest.

If anyone can give me tips on how to prevent that from happening and have a decent run I'd really appreciate it.

What to do about the Ottos?

https://preview.redd.it/6jnoz8ro752h1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=78ab8c97025e7ba6da6360000b82e0134ff93cdb

As you can see I have a chance to ally the Ottomans, if I break my alliance with Austria. I am currently allied to Austria, Hungary and Sweden. Should I

a) Break the alliance with Austria and ally the Ottos since they are pretty much the strongest ally that you can have or

b) Try to attack them as soon as possible when they are not that strong yet. I'm afraid that taking Crimea from them will be borderline impossible in latter stages of the game (ofc I want to form Russia later). The problem is that I'm not even bordering them yet and I have a very long truce with Muscovy. Also I'm afraid that with their space marines combined forces of me, Austria and Hungary may not be enough and Sweden most likely won't join anyway.
