This new album is literally so incredibly dull and boring. Rascal 51 has alot of good songs but Pain was so exciting the way u never expect what the next song would sound like on that project. Every single song was its complete own thing with its own structure and everything. U listen to protagonist and this shit really makes u wonder wtf even happened to bleood… the carti biting with the title and everything too. Just feels like he is ruining his music in exchange for being culturally relevant like all these other ug artists that constantly bite and homage

for example the “cave era” is insanelyyyy blown out of proportions. He recorded in many studios (glasshouse studio for example yet nobody talks about that) and the cave studio wasnt even strictly a pop out type sound. Music was never originally a pop out type album either, thats just something people on tiktok made up. its always been obvious during the rollout that Cardo and his beats was MUSICs version of f1lthy for wlr or richie souf for wlrv2. Also this idea that carti suddenly decided to “bite“ lil wayne drastically is completely wrong as well. Carti has been planting the seeds for a mixtape era wayne album since Die Lit (same way he planted the seeds for WLR way back as well) And he never suddenly changed to the atlanta type sound, IT WAS ALWAYS THERE. There never was a dark experimental album and neither was there ever a strictly atlanta mixtape album. all of it was in cartis mind since way back in 2022. anyways thats my rant
