Repotting issue

I have finally repotted my Nepenthes Hookeriana but I could not remove all the old substrate from the roots as they were everywhere in the old pot. Now there is a ball of roots in pure peat moss and the rest is sitting in spaghnum moss and perlite.

Can watering be difficult now because of the different properties of the two substrates?

Time for a repot?

My nepenthes hookeriana has grown a lot since I got it a few month ago. Basal shoots are growing fast too and the pot is getting crowded. Roots still aren't visibile under the pot tho.

Also, is it getting enough light? New leaves are way longer than the older ones.

We found a big wasp(?) feeding on artichoke flower (Southern Italy)

There is also a smaller wasp on the right for scale
