Proxy’s out. Here’s where I land and why.

FOR — Dunlap and Ndhlovu

WITHHOLD — Urbach, Simes, Brunke

AGAINST — executive compensation

FOR — CBIZ as auditor

The three withheld directors sit on the compensation committee. I support Lalezari and Hoffman. Supporting management doesn’t mean rubber-stamping every pay decision.

We’re still waiting for convincing clinical results. I want additional rewards tied more closely to those results before signing off on more bonuses.
