Would a one time help fee solve the pilot quality crisis?
Personally I feel it would. I would happily pay a one time fee of £10-20 to continue using the network? Curious to hear your thoughts.

Need help upgrading from Bose QC35 ii
My QC35 is starting to show its age now, it has been an absolutely fantastic bit of kit and I'm gutted it's on it's way out. I tried the QC45's and found the audio quality to be worse, especially on the bass.
I need to be able to wire connect to a pc as well if possible, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and with a reason as to why your choice is good. 😄
