Got a letter today from StP Public Works that they're adding an uphill/westbound bike lane between 35E to Dale in Sept or Oct! I would still love a non-sidewalk alternative to descending but I'll take what we can get.

Setting IV. Over the years I've been concussed by students twice, had my jaw broken/developed TMJ, bursitis in my right knee, have had bites that broke my skin three times in addition to being kicked, hit, spat on, scratched, and bitten (no skin breakage) multiple times every week.
