Today I learned that Italy has its own version of Gaz called "Torrone"
It's literally the exact same thing! Made with egg whites, honey, and pistachios & almonds. Have any of you tried it? To me, it feels like they just took our Gaz and made a slightly harder version of it without the rosewater scent.
