How sticky is old figma's flexible material supposed to be?

I recently got the Figma Black Rock Shooter TV Animation ver, brand new and unopened. I did expect some plasticizer stickiness since this thing has been sitting in its box for about a decade by now. But even after two soaks in water + dish soap mix, the flexible parts are still a bit sticky. Not quite sticker texture, but I feel a little grip when my fingers go over them.

This is the first old school figma I've gotten, so idk if it's just supposed to be like this or if I haven't completely cleaned off the plasticizer yet. I'm getting worried about the paint, so I haven't done a third soak yet.

Can I link an account to my bio if it has censored nsfw content?

I would like to ask if it is okay to link a Pixiv account to my vgen if it has nsfw artwork. as per Pixiv's guidelines, all of it is censored.
