What are the procedure and requirements to start a club?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to meet some new people and hopefully make a few good friends.

I'm pretty chill and open to talking about pretty much anything. I'm into movies, music, memes, late-night conversations, and just sharing random things that happen during the day.

Not really looking for anything specific. Just hoping to meet some nice people, have good conversations, and maybe make some long-term friends along the way.
