Can you even call this a note?

Hi there! Ive been practicing my range and yesterday I overshot by a lot and ended up producing what is in the video attached. I recorded the video just now recreating what I did yesterday. I can kind of control the pitch on it, but its finicky. I was wondering what this kind of range/squeak is referred to, if it has some sort of common term used for it. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

HP 24m backlight not turning on

I recently purchased a HP 24m monitor from a pawnshop, they turned it on for me to show me it works and it did. I brought it home and wiped it down a bit, hooked it up to my laptop and now it won’t turn on. It came with an ASUS power cable and a standard HDMI cord. Is this a problem with the monitor itself or the power cord?
