Traveling with 2 year old

Looking to plan a trip to Greece next summer. We will be traveling as a family of three with a 2-year old. It will be our first time leaving the country with her. Feeling overwhelmed trying to decide if we should just stay in an all inclusive or just one main location like a hotel in Crete and just walk around. Any suggestions are recommended. We were also thinking of maybe doing a few days in Crete and then Athens but thinking that might be too much traveling with a little one. We are most looking forward to authentic food and the beach. Any suggestions are recommended.

Hello! I am graduating next month from OOS. I plan on working in my home state of Pennsylvania for roughly three years before moving down to Florida. My husbands family lives in Florida and my parents will also be moving down as they will be retiring. I called the Florida dental license office yesterday and they told me I could apply for my Florida license now with the license application being under new grad and taking adex under 365 days ago. I also asked if there are requirements to practice in the state right away to keep my license and I was told no. So I guess my question is would I keep an active Florida license for 3 years until I move or would it go inactive? Would inactive affect my move and eligibility to become active once I move?
