Ebony Parker case , what are thinking right now? Questions.

I think if I were a Principal somewhere else and she’s convicted I would quit.

I have a lot of questions if you know. Is it legal to look in a 6 year old backpack or take it away if at school?

If the answer to this is yes, why did the first teacher that was made aware of the gun not do that or tell the principal? Why is she not in part responsible?

when was the principal made aware of it? what should be the right thing to do?

I would take the pack call the parents and be done, not knowing the law.

Questions about Murdoch case

thinking about alex killing his son. I think he was 20 when the boat accident happened and older when killed. so it’s hard to understand why.

I know they had a law suit against them. the young woman that died because the son was driving the boat drunk.

how responsible is a parent that did not provide the alcohol? would that be a reason to kill your kid? I let my kid use my car, hopefully she never drank. am I responsible if she did?

im really trying to wrap my head around why he killed his kid. he invited them both out to the house, so not like they were just there and a witness.

what are your thoughts and what is the law?

Question about Alex Murdaugh case.

can Alex just plead guilty for his second trial and maybe get some benefit the way an original plea might work?

It seems such a waste of time to retry this case. know he deserves a fair trial, so not against that. taking in with what was not tampered with was his voice in the recording minutes before the shooting. he lied about being there.

the carer for his mother still said he was only in the home a short time, and the cell phone of his wife was still part of the what had him found guilty the first time. all that seems like enough to convict.

any ideas how a second 2nd trial could help him? the other problem was a court reporter, right? So now he or she is not saying bad thing to the jury about him. The facts are the same.

i still think about this case along with a handful of others, why kill your kid or kids? Not that it’s okay to kill your spouse, but at least I get you don’t want to split your money or share custody And rare cases fear of them.
