Help with next cycle

I’d appreciate some recommendations for the next 1 or 2 compounds to add to my next cycle.
My first cycle was 250T for 8 weeks. Total shot up from 580 to 1700, free shot up from 79 to 350. E2 got high but no high e2 symptoms, no gyno, no moon face, no mood swings. Felt good.
Besides some pretty decent anxiety, I suspect it was from the sudden increase of androgen activity.

My goals:
-preserve natural test as much as possible by not taking mega doses, cycling on and completely of (8-12 weeks on, 8-12 weeks off(non debatable for me), and not taking super crazy compounds. I’ll never do tren, I’m not a fan of orals besides maybe var or winny.
-prioritize health
-maximize size
-maximize strength
-maximize mood/mental (I don’t want to be walking around with crippling anxiety and paranoia)

My thoughts so far:
- Test+NPP+EQ
-Test+NPP+Mast
-Test+Mast

I’m very intrigued by EQ, it has a relatively low side effect profile, the only thing is that it takes 10-12 weeks to saturate, and some users report extreme anxiety.
I will keep doses medium. 8-12 weeks, 16 is really pushing it, just want to look good, feel good, and put on serious mass.

Nutrition/supplements/hydration/lifestyle/and training stay dialed in year long, I’ve trained natty for 5 years until my last cycle about 5 weeks ago.

Any recommendations for how I should pursue the next cycle in terms of what compounds?Doses? Stacks? In a way that I won’t get horrible anxiety, permanently destroy my natural T, or obtain any other threatening side effects?
Open and eager to learn, please share knowledge.

Day trading is fake?

Quants, banks, firms, big businesses. They all take intraday trades, obviously they have long term portfolio’s and partner with safer assets, but they do take short term trades.

Does that mean quants, firms, banks, and businesses gamble and waste their money trading something that is fake? Certainly not.

Not sure how words like “fake”, “gambling”, “scam” ever became associated with intraday trading.

I get it, people definitely gamble intraday crypto, futures, and options trades. But since when did it become “fake”???

So many people ask if it’s real or not, I’ll give you a hint..
(Quantitive finance) - the use of mathematical, statistical, and computational models to analyze financial markets, price assets, and manage risk. Professionals in this field—known as quants—apply advanced mathematics and computer algorithms to identify profitable trading opportunities and protect against market losses.
Believe me, these are the big guys, they move more money than your big beautiful brains could ever imagine, and it wasn’t by gambling.

And the best part… you don’t need to be a quant to make money in the markets. I was only using them as an example that it’s certainly possible.

It’s only up to you now, how far will you take it?
