17 days post op here, acl reconstruction and Meniscus repair. So for the past 15 days I have been walking using two crtuches and weight bearing on my operated knee is 50% as suggested by the physio. Today I feel a sharp pain on the outer side of the knee walking while giving 50% weight bearing. Is it normal or am I cooked?

So worried that did i torn my stiches on the Meniscus?

After ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair, How long did it take you guys to bend your knees? I can't go beyond 30-40 degrees. It's paining if I try to bend.
