Reading is one of the best hobbies for low IQers.
Reading doesn't require you to be fast like multiplayer competitive games, you can move at your own pace and nobody gets angry at you if you misunderstand/can't understand something. It also enhances some cognitive functions and you can learn new words from it even if you are reading a fiction story, making it not only fun but useful too. Oftentimes the characters also struggle with emotional problems in the novels so that can make the reader feel better.
