Urgently help.me please
Hello guys I have a goffins cockatoo 28y/o.
An amazing beautiful pet for me he's become the love of my life. But about 3 days ago he reduced his eating. I was kind of battling trying to change his diet to make Harrison pellets his main source of food. He used to eat Lafeber pellets a lot. Fruits like papaya very little but pears and apples are his favorite and I also used to make him some mashed vegetables with sweet potatoes and butternut squash. His normal weight is from 236 g to 244 g but these last threedays,, his weight has dropped because he stopped eating as much as he used to before I tried to transition his diet for his good sake. His way dropped to 223 today in the morning and he barely ate all day. He's not fluffy he is actually active he plays he comes out he comes to me but he's not eating. And I don't have money to take him to a vet right now and I'm scared off my ass people. Somebody please help me please give me some good guidance as to what to do right now I'm scared to death and I really need answers. Somebody please help.
