help me find this anime title about japan self-defense forces

i remember there's a laidback soldier from JSDF (japan self defense forces). probably he is the main character, probably. edit: it's NOT GATE anime.

i think they are doing military drills, or actually battling against superhuman forces, or does the drill, then do actual battle.

there's young man who uses coins as projectile weapons (like hisoka using cards). IIRC this superhuman battles the soldier but is assisted by another superhuman character (probably a woman) who suddenly appeared at the scene and stopped the coins. or probably the reverse, the woman battles the soldier and was assisted by the coin-user young man.

i remember the woman is fond of pretty men and admired the coin-user young man.

there was a talk about 4 families in japan who each owns a zaibatsu (conglomerate), which in turn, SECRETLY CONTROLS the economy of the entire world.

that young man IIRC is actually one of the children from one of the zaibatsu family.

edit guys : this a 2000s-era anime

help! what anime title and episode?

\* a merchant (or at least some sort of businessman) appears on a town or in front of mansion, murmuring to himself something like "i already made great good works, so i already paid my crimes".

\* next scene, that same man is inside his mansion. then an assassin (or maybe two assassins) appeared in his house. that man begged for his life, appealing that he had paid his crimes by doing great good works esp great charity.

\* but the assassin said "one cannot pay crimes thru good works" and then slashed him, or more like the other assassin is the one replied and slashed the man.

i can be wrong in certain details but that's the best i can remember.

IIRC that's on a first episode because the way i remember it, that scene is the very reason i continued watching the succeeding episodes. but there's also a possibility it's NOT episode 1.

been researching it for months but AI always gives a false hit. so i deemed it as "no one gas ever talked about that scene" so NO AI can pull such data from existing online writings and other sources. so i went to ask instead in anime communities such as this one.

i first thought its from akame ga kill but didn't saw it and AI search usually points to akame ga kill but the scene weren't there (though i haven't yet fully rewatched it to see whether that scene is one character's memory of their past).

what i recall + AI search also pointed to world's finest assassin, among others but also not there.

anyways, thanks for reading.
