Thoughts on Wiffle Piffle?
He's a short funny man with a dumb voice and a dumb walk who appeared in multiple screen songs and 2 Betty cartoons. Personally I think he's an underrated gem.

I made a test render based off of an old gum commercial, featuring yours truly.
