Update!

I’ve been dealing with bad palpitations over the last 2 months after not having them for over 10 years.

Went to talk to my PCP and after a long discussion I was put on Buspirone and a heartburn medication. Within 4 days my palpitations have reduced by over 70% and I can actually lay down without constantly feeling a hard thump in my chest.

I’ll keep you all updated over the next month!

I had started getting them when I was a teenager.
Went to the heart doctor and said they couldn’t find anything and it was stress related.

After a while they went away on their own and after 10 years or so they are back. Lucky I think mine are due to stress from job / life.

Mine seem to be the worst in the evening with a thumb feeling and needing to catch my breath for a quick second.

Seems to be worse when I sit down. When I stand up and walk I can’t really feel them. Anyone else with that one?

Anyways, has anyone found a home remedy to help manage the stress without having to be medicated?

Thanks in advance!
