Doing a genealogical analysis of my ancestors, and trying to understand if I found the correct birth entry.

I'm looking for birth entry of Anna Stāle, whose father is named Fricis Stāle. The date of birth and place of birth is matching, and it seems like I can see "Anna" and "Fricis" in this document, but I'm not too sure...

Any help is appreciated.
