Hi everyone, I'm finishing my PhD and, despite finding a job at a local government agency in my area (it only helped me stay in the area and support myself after my PhD scholarship ended to complete my thesis), I'm looking for my first job in industry. I notice that the market today is very different from a few years ago, yet after two months of receiving various applications, I've only gotten one interview. I really think it's a problem with my CV. I used Awesome CV as a template, but since I'm not getting much feedback, I think the problem lies in describing my experience and skills.
