What am I missing
How can I revive my poor aloe to his once plump self? I water it until the planter is fully saturated and then wait until the dirt is completely dry to water again (usually 2-3 weeks between waterings). I have a terracotta pot with succulent soil and a little succulent specific plant food mixed in as well. I have a Sansi grow light and have tried adjusting it so it’s more direct and more indirect, I’ve even tried going a few days at a time without the light on to try giving it a break in case it’s too powerful. I have the light on a timer so it gets about 15 hrs a day to help mimic real daytime hours. I’ve even tried rotating the pot to make sure different parts of the plant see the light when it’s less direct. I’m at a loss.
Admittedly, plants don’t love me no matter how hard I try and my plant loving friends aren’t sure what I’m missing either. Please, what am I missing or what can I try to bring this poor aloe back to life?
