Trying to access MKs manuals for his diy kids on the Erica Synths website and I keep getting 404 PNF.
Has he finally paywalled them?
Apologies if this has become an FAQ, but I can't find anything related to this.
A while ago I went for a trial session at a MA group. I was pretty out of shape and it didn't take more than a few minutes before I began sweating like a lawn sprinkler. I was pretty embarrassed and I didn't go back.
So I get my sweaty ass in shape, running, weights etc. I return to a different MA group and I'm still sweating like fat guy in the sun. If anything it's worse.
A bit of googling tells me this is normal. So I guess just have to deal with it and look past my training partners wiping my sweat off themselves and stay in a crouch so I'm not leaving sweaty ass prints on the gym floor.
How are y'all dealing with this? From both perspectives, the dripper and the drippee? Should I ignore the chagrin I feel? How do y'all deal with your over active sweat glands? When Sir Sweatalot walks in, do you wish he hadn't?
Maybe this isn't the right place to ask this, but I'm not sure where to go from here and I really enjoy doing martial arts.
