I have my senior program manager interview loop round next week, other than star pattern and leadership any insight you would like to share please share it with me

Recently got laid off from my Product Manager role.
First few days honestly felt unreal. Suddenly no meetings, no Slack messages, no routine.
Now I’m trying to figure out:
how to stay mentally okay,
how aggressive to be with job applications,
and whether this is actually a sign to try something different.
