Any help with dealing with Cashoomo? long story short their customer service sucks, and their verification process sucks. I have roommates and none of the utility bills are under my name, i sent them a couple emails trying to explain it and also tried to just upload different documents that would normally work for other spots, but no luck. They havent even responded to any of my emails (besides their bot saying that i need to upload the correct document).
