Hi all - I’m lucky enough to be sale agreed on a house for a month now. The sales advice notice was issued 2 weeks ago. The sellers solicitors have not sent over the initial document pack yet that includes the title deeds etc. Our solicitors have sent a chaser but there has been no response or even an acknowledgement of the delay. I’ve read online that it may be due to the bank delaying the issue of the deeds. I just wanted to know if this is a normal timeline. Thanks
