I see a lot of people come in here with questions about you know their Financial aid not getting dispersed or they’re not receiving a refund and seeing if anybody else has experienced it so I figured I would do a post. So the other day I actually got an email from financial services putting my account on a financial hold because my fees for this term had not been paid so this was after I had already emailed them inquiring about what was going on with my Financial aid and I had not gotten a response so this time I called instead, and I spoke with someone directly and apparently their system did not automatically disperse the funds, even though I have Financial aid so she had to actually manually go in and request that my funds be dispersed and expedited so I’m just sharing that just in case anyone else has had a similar situation or is dealing with the same thing. Definitely call to speak with someone directly because I can tell you they did not respond to my emails about my Financial aid and I didn’t get any assistance until I actually spoke with someone on the phone. After speaking with that representative on the phone within 24 hours I received the email letting me know that my financial hold had been lifted. I hope this helps.
