Although not very visible here, I have a quite a bit of acne on the sides of my face and forehead - planning on trying accutane soon despite the scary side affects. I already do basic skincare.

Other than that, would appreciate any genuine advice to improve my looks including fillers or surgery. Advice from women would be preferred.

As title says, never had a gf, most women have always just viewed me as a friend rather than anything more. So I assume personality must be fine and looks are probably the issue.

Looking for brutal honesty please.

Would appreciate any advice to improving my looks (anywhere from basic grooming, skincare to more invasive procedures if needed). Also not sure if goatee suits me more or not? I also have some mild, not severe, acne/pimples and acne scars on the sides of my upper face which isn’t super visible in these pics.

For wider context: Read the title, pretty much have never had any romantic interest from females, although always have had female friends and close friends but never anything more (which after years of data suggests looks is probably the limiting factor). Never gone on a date and at this point pretty much given up. Hence, any advice to improve would be much appreciated
