Hello! Moving from the West coast. Interested in downtown area with inside parking, as I am not used to shoveling snow! Haha! Want to be able to walk to the Mills- UNH for work. From Zillow- 1000 Elm and 75 Canal seem good. Any reviews ? Thank you!
