Talk about a total Karen. Ugggh, she’s not and will never be a NY’er.

I really want to start a food business and catering service. I know nothing about the business side of it though, it’s just invasion. I was thinking of attending ICCs culinary program bc I hear it teaches a lot about the business side, but I know it also teaches folks how to be chefs which I do not need plus I’m vegan and that will be the type of business I open.

I know the food industry is difficult but I think I could make it, lots of ppl do make it. My dream is to franchise.
