ANIME COMMUNITY FOR THE MOST PART IS SO KIND AND EMPATHETIC I LOVE IT.

For reference this was my first time attending. Although it was super crowded I noticed myself saying sorry and excuse me a lot and people actually listening and responding in a kind way. OPPOSITE to other events I’ve attended. It really put me in a perspective of how kind and respectful the anime community is. Don’t get me wrong there will be those people who are rude and weird BUT so grateful I got to meet some of the kindest strangers.

Help for my cat

Hello all, any advice helps… I have some very unfortunate news. My cat of 5 years has developed bladder stones and I am in no position to afford it. I’ve looked everywhere for some resources but I fear my only option is to surrender her to a shelter in hopes they are able to perform the surgery then put her up for adoption. I’ve applied for many pet grants but they are not enough to cover the cost of her surgery. It’s $2400 I started a go fund me but only raised $115. That’s barely enough to cover her special food for 2 weeks. I’m in a really tricky spot since I don’t want to have her suffer but I don’t want her to be euthanized. What do I do, she’s still very young and adoptable for a new family, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
