Sex Abuse at Greek Saint Basil Academy in NY
The Greek parish I attended for 10 years in Austin, TX called Transfiguration Greek Orthodox church still often passes a plate around to collect money for Saint Basil Academy.
This academy has been child trafficking since the 1950s with rampant abuse and neglect towards the children in their custody. They had an appointed board president who was reportedly indicted on 30 counts of selling children. This academy has operated without a license for a childcare facility for over 60 years if that tells you anything about it's credibility.
