Connecticut needs to build housing. The only way to lower prices is through the laws of supply and demand
Since reducing demand for a state is only possible by making it worse, the only answer is to increase supply an appreciable amount.
Banning corporate ownership of homes, while laudable, won’t increase the supply, so as a solution to housing prices it’s not effective
