Been having terrible episodes of vomiting and shaking for a few months now, had to go to the hospital multiple times for an IV since I couldn’t hold any water down and on the most recent visit I got diagnosed with this right infront of my family

Besides the embarrassment of that how do yall do this? I been smoking since freshman highschool year for my anxiety and i cant drink alcohol or have any nicotine because of my stomach

Does this ever go away? Im feeling really screwed over and cheated
