Thrivest but out

Has anyone represented by ACTS Law recently worked with Danielle/Thrivest to sell their settlement payments?
I submitted my information because I’m looking to sell my entire remaining settlement, and today I was told they are “not able to assist with clients a part of your law firm.”
I’m confused because I know people represented by the same law firm who have worked with this company before.
Has anyone from ACTS Law successfully completed a settlement buyout with them recently? If so, was it for the entire remaining settlement or only certain payments?

Question

Hey everyone, quick question. I understand that our first payments are being paid out now, but for the remaining payments over the next four years, does anyone know when each yearly payment will be issued? Will they come at the beginning of each year, or around August each year like this first payment?

Lawyer fees

In California, we may be able to dispute attorney fees through fee arbitration and ask for the fee to be reviewed.
I think we should all check our original contracts to see what percentage we actually agreed to,Maybe we can come together and try to get the fee lowered, even if it’s only by 5% or 10%. That could still put thousands of dollars back in our pockets.
