Spoiler & bittersweet rant: Elizabeth induced emotional damage
I used to play SSO as a kid but never got past the free to play areas for money reasons. Also my english was pretty grim at the ripe age of 10 years old so I didnt really know what was happening anyway.
Recently I got back to playing, thinking haha a childrens game with a speaking squirrel and horses and some eco-terrorism, very fun and games! What a great way to relax after cosplaying as an adult the whole day!!
NOBODY WARNED ME ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL DAMAGE THIS GAME WAS ABOUT TO GIVE ME IN REGARDS TO ELIZABETH. I NEVER THOUGHT A 2010s GRAPHICS CHILDRENS GAME CHARACTER WAS GONNA DO ME LIKE THIS??
How do I even continue? I cant go around happily frolicking on my new shire in a pretty outfit and ride champs when Elizabeth made the ultimate sacrifice!
Mind you, this is not an angry rant, I am basically appreciative of the depth this game goes to with its story, the writing is surprisingly good at times. I am just aghast and needed to share!
