I think most of the things are setup for me, I’m just not entirely sure what to do with that red wire with a plug.

Do I cut that red wire in half and one part connects to the red wire to the box and the other connects to my car?

A few minutes after leaving, the fog decided to reveal the entirety of the bridge 😑
