-So sometimes on this sub i still see people being confused about king mathers and the scrapped album 6 and the Encore follow up so im going to try clear up the difference with this post.

-So lets begin with the fact that in 2005 there was an planned album to release which would've been an follow up to Encore in simmilar vein how Kamikaze was an follow up to Revival. According to the Eminem tracker after releasing Encore, Eminem would keep recording and writing verses responding to the negative reception of Encore. Many of the tracks that could've been used for this album were either released as loose freestyles or given to other artists in 2005. Other tracks from these sessions would end up vaulted and revisited in the scrapped album 6 sessions. No exact name was ever given to this album and no art work or sequenced tracklist existed for this project. Some tracks from this era would include the 2005 version of Antichrist, Emulate, Everything I Do V1 , No Apologies, The Apple, Shake That, Fack and When Im Gone. Eminem would decide to scrap this project and would instead release Curtain Call.

-So after scrapping the 2005 Encore follow up, Eminem would begin to work on the project we now know as Album 6 planned to probobly release somewhere around 2006. In 2024 with the SFTL3 leaks an tracklist for the album leaked. It was also hopped that the whole album would be bought, but plans fell through. Recording sessions for the album took place from December 2005 to July 2006. No real name was ever given to the album and no art work was made for it. Ultimately in November 2006 the album was scrapped. Some track from this era include Ballin' Uncontrollably, Careful What You Wish For, Follow Me, Beautiful, My Darling, There Used To Be A Saying (Elevator V1), Pistol Poppin' V1.

-And so after scrapping Album 6, Eminem would continue making more music for his project that we call King Mathers. One thing should be noted is that it was not going to be an album and it was meant to be a mixtape. Thats why you hear record scraches and mixtape like transitions in to some of these songs and is why Eminem isn't really trying to be energetic on these songs and why many of these songs have only 1 or 2 verses. Also the project wasn't actually called King Mathers it was just a name Cashis have to the project. Also there were 2 versions of this project the 1st version was meant to be released in 2007, but after the overdose the first version was scrapped and a 2nd version was made meant to release in 2008, but as we know Eminem would end up cancelling that version too and in 2009 we would get Relapse. Some tracks from this era include Difficult, Key To The City, Syllables, 50 Ways and Cut Back On My Syllable.

-Now later on Eminem would reuse much of the material from these projects like Beautiful, My Darling, Careful What You Wish For and Used To Be A Saying ending up or would be recycled for Relapse and Antichrist would later end up on The Death Of Slim Shady with the part of the intro ending up on Rhyme Or Reason off of Mmlp2.

But yeah i hope this helps clear up the difference between these projects.
