Any guitar wiring wizards?
This is my home built guitar (my first attempt) looks faboulius to my standards (very low) but the wiring is where I truly don’t pride myself, I decided to go with HHH with two hot hotrails and a hum bucker, each equipped with coil splits, I also added a DPDT switch on the bottom hot rail to phase it in/out, I also have a kill switch fitted and a DPST switch to choose the output going between the magnetic pickups and a piezo I installed, got one string on earlier and turned it on, all fine perfect apart some crazy static/buzz on the top 2 positions of the 5 way switch but after restringing the whole thing I turned it on again, no good no sound no nothing from the strings except the usual buzz you get from a plugged in guitar and the annoying loud buzz you get when plugging in the output jack etc but nothing from the strings, please please please help me I know it was ambitious to start out with this, many thanks, a terrible electrician
