EDIT: SOLVED!!!
I remember watching this about 15 years ago. It was on Netflix and Netflix still mailed out DVDs. That’s how long ago. The movie was mainly staged in this woman’s room I believe. It was a very simple set and didn’t change locations except maybe once or twice when it flashed to something they were talking about. I believe the woman was talking to a demon. Definitely not a human. I got the impression she was lonely and connecting with it. Maybe even falling in love. The movie was mostly just the two of them talking.

I’ve tried every combination of search words and I’ve been furiously searching for years. I know this is an incredible long shot because my details are so fuzzy. But I figured I’d try. Thank you guys in advance!
