I just got a new RPM Q2 and noticed a small indentation/dimple on the top-left area of the paddle face. It’s kind of like a fingernail pressed into the surface.
It’s not really visible unless I use a flashlight or look closely, but I can feel it when I run my finger over it.
The paddle is still unused and the area feels firm. I contacted RPM and they said it looks like a cosmetic manufacturing imperfection and shouldn’t affect playability.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with an RPM Q2 or other paddles? Would you keep it or try to get it replaced?
