I submitted at 11:59 but it’s showing as late and am I going to get a penalty for that. If there is a penalty how much will it be?

Is there a limit on how long you can park in student parking because last time I got there at 9:46am and it wouldn’t let me select past 5pm on easy park. Or do I have to create a new parking thing after 5pm again?
