UPDATE: Merch still stuck on "label created"
Long story short, ordered my merch in the first week of May, still haven't received it. Ordered two of the IBA t-shirts and the IBA jacket. I emailed customer support last week and they said "Please accept our apologies for the delay in processing your order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, your presale shipment is now expected to go out next week or the following week."
So, if you're still waiting on your merch, it should be going out this week or next week since that email was 9 days ago.
