Currently 2 years into a 4 year active contract in the AF for BMET, and I'm looking at my options for the future.
I'm mainly looking for jobs in the Chicago area and from what I've seen, most bmet 1-2 positions are paying 30-40 dollars an hour.

Am I overestimating my marketability? I feel like from what everything everyone I've met in the field has told me, with 4 years of experience + advanced washer & imaging training within the next 2 years I should be aiming for somewhere in the 40-50 dollar range.
