Should I be trimming these lower branches to avoid larf or should I let them grow?

I’m always so confused on what I should do with these lower branches that aren’t receiving a ton of light. I have supplemental side lights but I feel like I always try to keep too much. This is a photoperiod and I honestly have no idea of what week of flowering i’m on.
