I think I've reached the point where I'm done adding things to Pipedrive just to get the features I need.

I've been using it for a while, and the core CRM has been fine.

The problem is that every time we need something extra, it seems to turn into another subscription or upgrade.

We're a small sales team, so I don't need a massive platform. I need something that helps us keep track of conversations and follow-ups, with decent email and SMS capabilities built in.

I'm starting to look at alternatives before our next renewal, but I'd rather not jump from one CRM to another only to discover a different version of the same problem.

If you've moved away from Pipedrive, what did you replace it with? And what has the experience been since switching?

I'm especially interested in something where email and SMS don't feel like expensive extras.

I'm a software engineering student and eventually want to turn one of my projects into a real business, but the business side feels much more confusing than building the actual product.

How do first-time founders learn things like forming an LLC, taxes, licenses, bookkeeping, finding vendors, hiring people, and running payroll without already having a business background?

There are thousands of books, courses, and videos about starting a business, but it's hard to know which advice is actually useful and which is just someone trying to sell something.

Do most people just learn each part as they go and hire professionals when needed, or is there a good way to learn the basics before starting? I'm even wondering if business classes would be useful or just overkill.

Since 9th grade, my dream was to join the Army through NDA. I genuinely wanted that life.

In 11th, I wanted to take Maths for NDA, but my parents kept discouraging me. My mom would say things like, “You’re a girl, there will be bullets firing,” and my dad wanted me to take Biology and go into medicine. I eventually chose PCB, even though I secretly studied Maths in my hostel for NDA. I attempted NDA twice but couldn’t qualify, mainly because of Maths.

After 12th in 2025, I scored around 300 in NEET. I considered MNS, but my parents strongly opposed nursing and wanted me to pursue MBBS or other fields like agriculture, biotech, forensic science, etc. I lost a lot of motivation and they forced me if not neet then what and eventually took a drop.

During my drop year, I had almost no interest in MBBS. I kept scoring around 250–300, later around 400 in my re-NEET preparation. I also tried other entrances but didn’t get the results I hoped for.

Now I’m going through counselling. Today I got B.Tech Agricultural Engineering at ANGRAU through ICAR.

While discussing everything, my grandmother suddenly said, “Do what you want to do. Do what u really want in which u have intrest in.” My dad then said, "yes i am also saying that only". When my mom opposed told then why did u make her study for neet as she didn't want.. My dad be like "If you weren’t interested in NEET, why did you spend ₹2 lakh on coaching? Why didn’t you take Maths? If ur that intrest in nda”

And honestly, I just sat there thinking…

Wasn’t this the same thing I had been trying to tell everyone for years?

Now somehow it feels like everything is my fault because I eventually went along with what they wanted.

I don’t even know what I’m looking for by posting this. Maybe I just wanted to get it off my chest.

Like i got into ANGRAU and today is last date of accepting i am choosing admit after that am confused how college will contact me for physical document verification and campus selection. Even am not getting a single video or site which is telling about the fee structure of the college. Like please help after whole 4 rounds of icar college will contact or in between
