What are the real ramifications of not putting in a two weeks notice?
I’ve been feeling absolutely miserable in this one job of mine and want to quit. But the thought of going in for two more weeks sounds absolutely awful. So if I just quit on the spot and never looked back, would there be any real consequences? If so, how bad would they be?
Edit: This is a food service job, and I am absolutely not planning on staying in this field at all. I’m planning to work in business once I graduate, so would a future employer even contact my random part-time food service job?
How long does it actually take for Monetization to kick in?
I recently hit all of the requirements to apply for Monetization, so decided to go ahead and apply. YT Studio says that it’ll take around one month to get approved, but is that true? I don’t wanna post anything else before it kicks in, but I also don’t want to leave my viewers waiting.
So does it actually take a month, or are they just exaggerating? If it means anything, I only have like 10 videos up on the channel right now.
