Sent it into Benchmade for a warranty claim and today my brand new still sealed in the box Wildcoast showed up at my door step. No questions asked, no attempts to fix it or haggle with me over the damage being caused by my stupidity. This is the exact reason I spent the premium on Benchmade cutlery. I knew I could use it, abuse it, or even drop it tip down on the floor and they would take care of me. I truly believe I will have my cutlery until the day I die….or Benchmade shuts its doors. Gotta love Benchmade!
