A cousin of mine wanted to take admission in the college for graduation, wanted to know which is the best department

My cousin from Parbhani has done BCA and wants to do MCA in Aurangabad. Yes, i am aware ki iss sheher ne kuch nahi rakha. But even coming to Aurangabad is a big deal for him. So far the best option seems to be JNEC.
