"AMPX is down because the Market/AI trade is down"

"AMPX is down because the Market/AI trade is down"

Seeing CRWV and NBIS up 20% made me think AMPX would be up 35%+ and giving us another juicy short entry. But nope, completely dead, just like this sub lately.

That divergence is interesting though. Might be a good sign to go long for the next leg up.

Just Buy the Dip and Chill, Bruh!!!

If you are trading high-beta, trade it. Respect the volatility and Take profits.
My instinct is to keep this short open but I would rather pivot to lower-hanging fruit with a better risk-reward. I deliberately left my buying power visible to clear up any doubt. Few crackheads said that I lacked the liquidity to maintain the short going.

Why high-beta will not make you rich long-term?
Every stock has only one real structural floor: FCF. If a company doesn't generate one, there is no true floor. When shit hits the fan, the price will always go lower, regardless of the support levels you imagine on a chart.

What makes high-beta names like AMPX so dangerous is that they feed on the same emotions over and over again. When the stock is ripping, people convince themselves it will never come back down. Taking profits is like cutting flowers to water weeds. Every dip should be bought, every rally is just the beginning. They invent imaginary floors and tell themselves, There is no way it goes below $X

Then the stock gets obliterated.

The same people who were screaming "buy the dip, Whole-Sufficient posted" disappear or become permanent bagholders, hoping to break even someday. The deadly mistake is thinking that because the stock recovered multiple times over the past year, it will recover this time as well.

This cycle repeats because people are chasing shortcuts that don't exist. Why spend years compounding with V, BRK, AMZN when AMPX can jump 200% in a few weeks? They deliberately ignore that what goes up 200% in a few weeks will easily drop 60% in a few days.

Why do you think AMPX management completely ignored Manatee Research short report and stayed silent?

Watching this fraudulent garbage unwind in real-time is borderline erotic.

For weeks, shills have been screaming "buy the dip", "the bottom is in" "It is a long-term holding, keep averaging down" "Whole-Sufficient posted, it is the absolute bottom" and the south-koreans keep believing them. High-beta stocks are NOT long-term holdings. Otherwise, everyone would be rich. Think about it.

An Absolute Orgasmatic Schadenfreude.

Did you buy calls? Did you buy the dip after my post last week? I thought my posts marked the absolute bottom, didn't they?
Well, here is another dip for you to buy. To all you crackheads who were high on high-beta stocks, how is sobriety treating you now?

Why AMPX is fundamentally broken, and why your favorite hockey-stick chart doesn't mean what you think it means.

I have heard this brain-dead argument a gazillion times and 99% of this sub, which is mostly the old SPAC-retail crowd, uses the revenue hockey-stick chart as a proof that they understand AMPX fundamentals, that they were right about the business, and I don't.

Every time a micro-cap stock enters a revenue growth cycle, dumb money treats it as validation for their stock-picking skills. The illusion gets reinforced when the stock price pumps 200% in a couple of months. The top line goes up, the hype goes up, the chart goes up, and suddenly everyone think they were right. They wait for announcements of new contracts like an addict waiting for the next shot. So why you are wrong?

The Manufactured Growth
Top-line growth is incredibly easy to manufacture if you are willing to burn an ocean of investors money to buy it. AI labs, neoclouds, drone companies, battery companies... I can give you 100 tickers with a more aggressive hockey stick than AMPX that are absolute money-furnace machines. You can price your products below cost, run massive operational deficits, and dilute your shareholders into oblivion just to fund sales. If you don't know what would be AMPX margin profile in the future, YOU ARE DUMB MONEY

The Small Base Illusion
Growing revenue by 200% looks incredible on a bar chart when you start from zero. Moving from $5M to $15M to $100M looks like a rocket ship, but it is just a tiny, high-beta micro-cap doing basic, early-stage commercialization. When I point out that this is effectively pre-revenue scale, people ask, "Is he blind? Doesn't he see the rocket ship?" "The price chart cann't be wrong. He is just too stupid" No, I’m not blind. If your revenue is below $500M, it is structurally meaningless and can be easily manufactured. Look at all the neoclouds manufacturing top-line growth right now because nobody is asking about margins or profitability. Yet. One day the market will start asking, and that 700% revenue growth will mean absolutely nothing.

The Component Supplier Trap
AMPX operates at the absolute weakest, most exploitable end of the supply chain. They are a component supplier completely at the mercy of their customers. When your buyers hold all the leverage, they will squeeze your balls as hard as they can. Apple does it to Micron, Walmart does it to Dean Foods, and the story always ends the same way. Just look at the margins of AVAV. They cannot even generate free cash flow even with fantastic revenue growth. Their margins have always been negative or razor-thin. Whhhhhy? if a giant system integrator can't squeeze out attractive, stable cash flow, what makes you think a tiny component supplier in the supply chain like AMPX will ever generate real FCF, assuming it even survives long enough to get there?

Quiz:
Who do you think the company on the top is?
Hint: This company went out of business and bankrupt a long time ago.

---------
One last time
This isn't a Reddit bet for people with the attention span of a fruit fly. My take is that this business is not a compounding machine. It is a high-beta, money-burning vehicle that will get its brief moment under the sun during a momentum cycle, and then quietly disappear like the hundreds of others before it. It will move with Micron, SPCX, BE, Oklo .... etc. Why? because what moves your portfolio is NOT your stock-picking stkills. The actual test of this thesis won't happen day-by-day in the daily discussion threads. It will be done when you look at the AMPX price chart on a 10-year chart and see if it looks like NOW or SPCE

Meanwhile, I will make more money off your stupidity.

A tale as old as time: AMPX enters the Capitulation Phase

It is almost poetic how beautifully the AMPX chart tracks the classic bubble lifecycle. Enjoy the free fall into absolute despair.

Save your technical analysis. TA does not work, so stop practicing financial astrology. There is no cup-and-handle coming to save you, no mythical support levels, and absolutely no floor.
